Ferry: The Staten Island ferry service departs from the Whitehall Terminal in lower Manhattan (4 South Street, New York, NY, 10005) and arrives at the St. George Terminal in Staten Island. Schedules are available here.
Bus: From the ferry terminal in Staten Island, the S40 and S44 buses can take you to the Richmond Terrace/Wall Street stop, located only 5 minutes away from the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden.

Walk towards the intersection of Cottage Row and Chapel Road, then walk east on Chapel Road towards the Cultural Center and find the signal on your right.
